If your child is brand new to Blandford United Youth Football Club and would like to give it a try, we are happy to offer two free taster sessions to see if they enjoy training with our club.
Please download the "Taster session agreement" form using the link below and return it to the age-appropriate email address at the bottom of the form.
A team coach will then be in touch to invite your child for their taster sessions.
If your child enjoys the sessions and wishes to join on a permanent basis, please follow the 3-step registration process below.
We have now introduced an online registration process that can be completed at home at a time that suits you.
Before you start, you will need:-
· A photograph of your signature
· A photograph of your child. This needs to be a head and shoulders shot, taken against a plain background and your child must not be wearing glasses.

Please click below to go to the registration google form. This is where you will upload the pictures of your signature and your child.
Please click the button below to go to the fee payment page. Please ensure that you add the cardholder name so we can match your payment to your child.
We will only be able to process your child’s registration once we receive both the completed form and registration fee.
If there is a delay in receiving these items, your child may not be able to attend training sessions and matches.
If you are unable to access the form online, please let us know and we will be able to provide a paper form for you to complete.
